Watch this space

I'm working on Art for a show. These are mixed media works (paint, pastel, and collage). The theme of the first series is domestic life. The second series also in the works goes with Novel #4. Novel #4 is yet to be completed, titled, or sold. With this latter series I'm hoping to understand if there are any synergistic flows between the act of writing and that of painting/sketching/drawing. While there's little doubt that I'm inspired by painting and other forms of art I'm not sure if the creative processes link up in similar ways that the consumption of various art forms link up. I've explored this to an extent in my writing but for any proper examination of the issue I have to try the reverse and explore text in some manner through art.
